IIT Bhubaneswar to partner with Japan organization for technical cooperation

IIT Bhubaneswar will partner with the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), a Japanese organization, for human resources development and to promote technical co-operation.
