Dismantle fee regulatory committee, if govt doesn't heed our report: Justice Shylendra Kumar

The Fee Regulatory Committee says if the government and colleges enter into consensual agreements and fix fee higher than the maximum fee recommended by it, the former can act against the individual institutions.
